摘 要:研究大球盖菇、香菇分别与草莓轮作,对土壤理化性质、酶活性及草莓生长的影响。结果表明,大球盖菇-草莓轮作土壤的有机质、全氮、全磷、全钾、速效氮、速效钾和pH均显著增加,增幅为4.7%~90.7%。香菇-草莓轮作土壤的速效氮、速效磷和pH显著增加,增幅分别为7.69%、46.4%和4.46%,速效钾含量显著降低,达18.3%。2种轮作处理土壤脲酶和过氧化氢酶活性均较CK显著增加,磷酸酶则显著减小。两种轮作栽培下草莓根系PPO活性、草莓果实干重和VC含量均较CK显著增加。轮作大球盖菇和香菇可明显改善草莓根区土壤质量,增加土壤酶活,促进植株生长提高根系活力,有效缓解草莓连作障碍。The effects of rotation of Stropharia rugosoannulata and Lentinus edodes with strawberries on the soil physical and chemical properties, enzyme activity and growth of strawberries were studied. The results showed that the contents of the organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, available nitrogen, available potassium and pH in the S. rugosoannulata and strawberry rotation soil increased significantly, with an increase of 4.7%-90.7%. The soil available nitrogen, phosphorus and pH increased significantly in L. edodes and strawberry rotation treatment, with an increase of 7.69%, 46.4% and 4.46% respectively, and the content of available potassium decreased significantly by 18.3%. Compared with the control treatment, urease and catalase activities of the two rotation treatments increased significantly, while phosphatase decreased significantly. The PPO activity of strawberry roots, the dry weight and VC content of strawberry fruits in the two rotation treatments increased significantly compared with the control. S. rugosoannulata with strawberry and Lentinus edodes with strawberry rotation can significantly improve the soil quality of strawberry root area, increase the soil enzyme activity, promote the plant growth and root activity, and effectively alleviate the continuous cropping obstacles of strawberry.
