摘　　要：神经纤维瘤病2型是一种常染色体显性遗传病,其发病率低,但往往累及中枢及周围神经系统,导致双侧听力损失、平衡困难、面瘫等症状,严重影响患者的生存质量。因此在神经纤维瘤病2型的治疗中,保留面神经功能至关重要。其诊疗方案需综合考虑肿瘤的特点以及患者的意愿,采用多学科协作的个体化方案。Neurofibromatosis type 2 is an autosomal dominant inherited disease with a low incidence.It often involves the central and peripheral nervous systems,leading to bilateral hearing loss,balance difficulties,facial paralysis and other symptoms,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Therefore,in the treatment of neurofibromatosis type 2,preservation of facial nerve function is crucial.The diagnosis and treatment scheme should take into account the characteristics of the tumor and the patient′s wishes.Individualized programmes of multidisciplinary collaboration are needed.
