摘　　要：课程是人才培养的核心要素,课程质量直接决定人才培养质量。以“食品营养学”专业课程为例,论述“1234”教学模式在课程建设中的初步探索和实践,以期为食品类专业其他课程的建设提供参考。Curriculum is the core element of talent training,and the quality of curriculum directly determines the teaching quality.Taking the course of Food Nutrition as an example,this paper discussed the preliminary exploration and practice of“1234”teaching model on the course construction,in order to provide a reference for other courses of food specialty.
