摘  要:清末民初,一些有识之士认识到培养幼儿教师的重要性,筹资设立了私立学前教师教育机构。私立学前教师教育机构经历了初创、发展、调整等阶段,其发展特征是师资来源多样化,奠定了我国学前教育学术共同体基础;教学内容和方法逐渐本土化、科学化;重视学生道德教育,培养优秀幼儿教师;加强实践教学,提高学生实践能力。近代中国私立学前教师教育机构培养了一批优秀的幼儿教育工作者,推动了中国学前教育研究的进步,也促进了近代中国女子的解放。In the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China,some people with insight realized the importance of training preschool teachers and raised funds to set up preschool teacher education institutions.Private preschool teacher education institutions have gone through the stages of start-up,development,and adjustment.Their development characteristics are as follows:the diversified sources of teachers have laid the foundation for the academic community of preschool education in China;the teaching contents and methods have gradually become localized and scientific;importance has been attached to the moral education of students and excellent preschool teachers have been cultivated;practical teaching has been strengthened to improve students’practical ability.Private preschool teacher education institutions in modern China have trained a number of excellent preschool educators,advanced the progress of preschool education research in China,and also promoted the liberation of modern Chinese women.
