摘　　要：Objective To analyze the risk factors of steroid resistant acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) after haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(haplo-HSCT).Methods The clinical data of adult patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML)/Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) who developed aGVHD after haplo-HSCT in Peking University Institute of Hematology from January 1st,2010 to December 31st,2012 were retrospectively reviewed.
