摘　　要：Acquired aplastic anemia(AAA)is an auto-immune disease(AID)resulting from aberrant T-cell-mediated and antigen-driven immune responses to hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells(HSPCs)in genetically susceptible individuals,leading to the significantly enhanced suppression and apoptosis of HSPCs.Active systemic and local inflammation is responsible for the overall pathophysiology.
