《晏子春秋》的官德思想及其当代启示

摘　　要：官德是为官者立身从政之本,为官者具有良好官德是国家善治的必要条件。《晏子春秋》蕴含着极为丰富的官德思想,主要表现在以下四个方面:为官要“以民为本”,在遵循民意中恪守“爱民”“乐民”理念;为官要“尽礼行忠”,在躬亲践行中坚守礼义准则;为官要“劝谏纳善”,在处事履职中坚持刚正不阿;为官要廉洁清正,在省察自律中加强品性修养。《晏子春秋》体现的传统官德思想对新时代加强官德建设具有重要的借鉴价值和启示意义。Official morality is the foundation for officials to establish themselves in their official posts,indispensable for a favorable governance of the country.Yan Zi’s Spring and Autumn Annals contains very rich thoughts of official morality mainly found in the following four aspects:first,officials are to abide by the ideology of“loving the masses”and“finding pleasure in being with the masses”,the masses to be taken as the foundation of official career;second,the principle of sticking to the code of ethics should be followed in actual practice of their“observing the manners and being loyal”;third,in their practice of official duties,they should be righteous and impartial,taking in advice and good;last,officials are to cultivate themselves in self-discipline,practicing their official duties with honesty and righteousness.The thought of official morality in Yanzi’s Spring and Autumn Annals is an important representative of traditional Chinese official morality,enlightening for the construction of official morality in the new era.
