摘  要:针对一种新型电操舵装置在无人艇中的研制应用,研究了其高可靠性、双舵同步、长时自主运行操舵装置技术的实现途径。结合高效低噪伺服电机设计,达到满意的低噪效果。通过样机设计制造和试验验证,表明该装置的操纵性、高效和高可靠性满足要求。通过振动噪声测试,表明该装置在低噪方面取得了显著的效果。Aiming at the development and application of a new type of electro-mechanical actuator in unmanned surface vehicle,its high reliability,dual-rudder synchronization and long-term autonomous operation are studied.The servo motor is designed to achieve satisfactory effect of low noise.Design,manufacture and test validation of the prototype show that the maneuverability,efficiency and reliability of the device meet the requirements.The test of vibration noise shows that the device has achieved a remarkable reduction of noise.
