摘 要:目的构建河南省新生儿专科护士培训内容。方法通过文献分析法和访谈法,初步确定河南省新生儿专科护士培训内容,采用德尔菲法邀请28名专家进行3轮专家咨询。结果3轮专家问卷回收率分别为86%、92%、100%;专家权威系数分别为0.82、0.86和0.88;第3轮咨询后,肯德尔和谐系数为0.311。最终形成含一级条目3个,二级条目11个,三级条目66个的培训内容。结论河南省新生儿专科护士培训内容的设置具有较好的科学性,为河南省新生儿专科护士培训提供依据。Objective To construct the contents of neonatal specialty nurses training in Henan province.Methods Through literature review and experts interview,the contents of neonatal specialty nurses training was preliminarily developed.Three rounds of expert consultations were carried out through Delphi method.Results The response rates of three round expert consultations were 86%,92%and 100%;the expert authority coefficients were 0.82,0.86 and 0.88,respectively.After expert consultations were completed,the Kendall’s W was 0.311.The final contents included 3 primary indicators,11 secondary indicators,and 66 third-level indicators.Conclusion The contents of neonatal specialty nurses training is of higher scientific nature and provides the basis for the training of the neona-tal specialty nurses in Henan province.
