摘　　要：智能制造是制造技术与数字化技术、智能技术及新一代信息技术的交叉融合,是未来食品制造的必然发展趋势。作者从食品智能设计与优化、食品生产智能管控、食品制造装备智能化等方面综述并展望了智能制造技术在食品工业中的现状及发展趋势,以期为食品智能制造在食品工业发挥更大的作用,引领食品工业跨入智能发展新阶段提供参考。Intelligent manufacturing is the crossing and integration of manufacturing,digital,intelligent and new information technologies.It is an inevitable development trend of food manufacturing in the future.This paper reviewed intelligent design and optimizationof food process,intelligent management and control of food production,intelligent food manufacturing equipment and other aspects and prospected the status and development trend of intelligent manufacturing technology in food industry,which may play a greater role and lead the food industry into a new stage of intelligent development.
