摘 要:教师信息化领导力是校长信息化领导力的重要补充,是文化生态取向下教师专业常态化发展的最新路径。本研究聚焦小学教师,通过解释结构方程模型和回归分析等方法,对群体动力学视域下教师信息化领导行为的影响因素进行了尝试性探究。研究结果显示:学校组织文化对小学教师信息化领导行为具有显著性影响,知识分享动机对小学教师信息化领导行为具有微弱的正向影响;组织文化中“愿景与使命”“协作与参与”对“参与学校变革”“推动家校融合”“参与产品研发”具有显著的正向预测效应,且“协作与参与”“认识与实践”对“优化课堂教学”“引领教师发展”具有显著的正向预测效应;促进教师知识分享的“保健因素”对“引领教师发展”“参与学校变革”“参与产品研发”具有显著的正向预测效应,“激励因素”主要通过影响学校组织文化对小学教师信息化领导行为产生间接影响。最后,从优化学校组织文化、健全教师激励机制两个层面对小学教师信息化领导行为的优化提出了相应建议。Teacher informatization leadership is an important supplement to the principal's informational leadership,and a new path for the normalization professional development of teacher in the orientation of cultural ecological.This paper focuses on primary teachers,and explores the influence factors of teacher information leadership behaviors in the perspective of group dynamics through the interpretation of structural equation model and regression analysis.Research shows that(a)school organizational culture has a significant impact on the informational leadership behavior of primary teachers,the knowledge sharing motivation has a weak positive impact on the informational leadership behavior of primary teachers,(b)“Vision and Mission”and“Collaboration and Participation”in organizational culture have significant positive effects on“participating in school transformation”,“promoting home-school integration”and“participating in product development”,and“collaboration and participation”,“knowledge and practice”have significant positive predictive effect on“optimizing classroom teaching”and“leading teacher development”,(c)the“health factors”that promote teacher knowledge sharing have a significant positive predictive effect on“leading teacher development”,“participating in school reform”and“participating in product development”.The“incentive factors”have indirect effects on the informational leadership behavior of primary teachers through the school organizational culture.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the optimization of primary school teachers'information leadership behavior from the optimization of school organization culture and the improvement of teacher incentive mechanism。
