摘　　要：该文围绕我国民族地区高校开展创新创业教育的必要性,重点研判民族地区高校创新创业教育发展现存的主要问题;构建由关键行动主体、服务支持群体、环境要素构成的民族地区高校创新创业教育生态体系,并剖析体系内各要素间的相互关系;阐述民族地区高校创新创业教育生态体系运行遵循的相对均衡机制、涨落机制、非线性机制,并提出相关政策建议以促进民族地区高校创新创业教育生态体系建设。This paper firstly discusses the necessity of entrepreneurship education in ethnic universities and focus on the main problems existing in entrepreneurship education in ethnic universities.Then,it proposes to comprehensively construct ecological system of entrepreneurship education in ethnic universities,which is composed of key action subjects,service-supported groups and environmental factors.Meanwhile,it analyzes the interrelationship among the various elements in the system,and expounds the relative equilibrium mechanism,fluctuation mechanism and nonlinear mechanism of ecological system of entrepreneurship education in ethnic universities.Finally,it puts forward some policy recommendations to promote the construction of ecological system of entrepreneurship education in ethnic universities.
