摘  要:[目的]探析微课结合蓝墨云班课的教学模式在《护理学基础》教学改革中的应用效果。[方法]将2018级中职护理专业8个班的护生作为研究对象,通过方便抽样随机抽取4个班为对照组,4个班为试验组。对照组采取传统教学法上课,试验组在对照组基础上结合蓝墨云班课和微课的教学模式上课。比较两组护生的期末理论成绩、教学效果评价和评判性思维能力。[结果]试验组护生的期末理论成绩、教学效果评价和评判性思维能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]微课和蓝墨云班课结合的教学模式明显提高了护生的理论成绩、教学质量及评判性思维等能力。Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of micro-lecture combined with Mosoink Cloud-Class in the teaching reform of the course of fundamentals of nursing.Methods:Nursing students from 8 classes of secondary vocational nursing major in grade 2018 were selected as the research objects,and 4 classes were randomly selected as the control group and 4 classes as the experimental group through convenience sampling.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the experimental group combined the teaching mode of Mosoink Cloud-Class and micro-lecture on the basis of the control group.The theoretical scores,teaching effect evaluation and critical thinking ability of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results:The final theoretical scores,teaching effect evaluation and critical thinking ability of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The teaching mode of micro-lecture combined with Mosoink Cloud-Class can improve the theoretical scores,the teaching quality and critical thinking ability.
