商科大学生创新创业能力培养路径研究

摘　　要：受新冠疫情影响,社会就业岗位供给不足,导致大量人才过剩,大学生的就业形势十分严峻。大学毕业生如能自主创业,既能解决自身的实际问题,也能为社会增加就业岗位。因此,培养和提升大学生创新创业能力显得尤为重要。基于此,对商科大学生的特点进行调查分析,并在构建实践教育体系、营造创新创业文化氛围、加强课程教育等方面提出培养路径。Under the influence of the new crown epidemic situation,the social employment post supply is insufficient,which leads to a large number of talents surplus,and the employment situation of college students is very severe.If college graduates can start their own businesses,they can not only solve their own practical problems,but also increase jobs for the society.Therefore,it is particularly important to cultivate and improve the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of college students.Based on this,the characteristics of business college students are investigated and analyzed,and the training path is put forward in the aspects of constructing practical education system,creating innovative and entrepreneurial culture atmosphere and strengthening curriculum education.
