摘　　要：农村个体化与集体化改革都是推动农村发展的重要手段。在乡村振兴战略的背景下,集体经济薄弱村再集体化不是对历史的简单回归,而是中国特色社会主义的治理创新,是马克思主义基本原理与中国国情相结合的实践探索。从理论逻辑看,生产力与生产关系相互作用理论、经济发展方式理论是农村再集体化的思想基础,为推进农村再集体化提供了学理支撑。从现实逻辑上看,乡镇企业是农村集体经济兴起的重要动力,过渡依赖建设性用地指标是农村集体经济的发展瓶颈,广泛存在的集体经济组织是农村再集体化的组织基础。从实践逻辑看,完善土地“三权分置”制度、深化集体经济股份制改革与推动“三产”融合发展是农村再集体化的路径选择。Individual and collective reform in rural areas are important means to promote rural development.The re-collectivization of villages in weak collective economy under the rural revitalization strategy is not a simple return to history,but the governance innovation of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is a practical exploration of combining the basic principles of Marxism with China's national conditions.The interaction between productivity and production relationship theory and the economic development mode theory are the ideological basis of rural re-collectivization,which provides theoretical support for promoting rural re-collectivization in terms of theoretical logic.Besides,township enterprises are an important driving force for the rise of rural collective economy,and the excessive dependence on constructive land use index is the bottleneck of rural collective economy development.The widespread collective economic organizations are the organizational basis of rural re-collectivization in term of historical logic.The path choice of rural re-collectivization is to improve the land"three rights separation"system,deepen the reform of collective economy shareholding system and promote the integration of"three industries"in terms of practical logic.
