职业院校党委办好思政课的探索与实践——以塔城地区中等职业技术学校为例

摘　　要：职业院校思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程。办好思政课,党委承担主体责任、党政齐抓共管、各职能科室协调配合,立足解决学生意识形态领域中存在的现实问题。加强思政课建设,狠抓思政课教师队伍建设是关键,积极推动思政课教学模式创新是手段,推进思政课建设工程是路径,形成学校办好思政课、老师上好思政课、学生学好思政课的良好局面是追求。The ideological and political course in vocational colleges is the key course to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue.The paper argues that the school party committee of CPC should undertake the main responsi⁃bility and work together with all functional departments to strengthen the construction of ideological and political courses.The school party committee of CPC will pay close attention to the construction of teachers in ideological and political courses,to promote the innovation of the teaching mode and to form an atmosphere that teachers teach a good ideological and political course and students learn well.
