“互联网+”背景下高职贫困女生的就业困境与对策——以武汉职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：通过对武汉职业技术学院部分贫困女生进行问卷调查,发现其就业困境主要存在于以下几个方面:就业目标定位不准确;就业焦虑情绪较重;就业能力较差;就业获取的社会支持较少。基于此,提出破解高职贫困女生就业困境可以从以下几个方面着手:线上线下相结合的就业培训和心理辅导,帮助其建立合理的就业目标;拓宽校园创新创业活动渠道,提升贫困女生就业创业能力;指导贫困女生实现线上就业创业,发挥“互联网+”时代女性的就业优势。Through the questionnaire survey to some poor female students in Wuhan Polytechnic College,it is found that their employment difficulties mainly lie in the following aspects:inaccurate positioning of employment objectives;heavy employment anxiety;poor employability;and less social support for employment.Based on this,this paper puts forward the following aspects to solve the employment dilemma of poor female students in higher vocational colleges:online and offline employment training and psychological counseling can help them establish reasonable employment goals;broaden the channels of campus innovation and entrepreneurship activities to improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability for poor female students;guide poor girls to achieve online employment and entrepreneurship to play the employment advantage of women in the“Internet plus”era.
