新工科背景下高职院校信息技术类专业“双创”人才培养模式探究--以安徽商贸职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：目前高职信息技术类专业毕业生具有良好的就业、创业前景,但存在诸如就业专业对口率较低、岗位适应度偏弱,创业率不高等问题。本文以安徽商贸职业技术学院为例,针对新工科背景下高职院校信息技术类专业“双创”人才培养存在的问题,从“双创”人才培养基地建设、实践课程体系构建和创新创业实训开展三个方面展开探讨,给出了一种高职信息技术类专业“双创”人才培养模式,以期为深入开展高职信息技术类专业“双创”人才培养模式改革提供参考。At present,graduates majoring in information technology in higher vocational colleges can find good jobs,or create good jobs in future,but there are some problems,such as lowemployment,weak adaptability for a job,lowentrepreneurship rate and so on.Taking Anhui Business College as an example,this paper aims at the problems existing in the training of“Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”talents of information technology majors in higher vocational colleges under the background of new engineering,this paper discusses the construction of“Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”talent training base,the construction of practical curriculumsystem and the development of innovation and entrepreneurship training,and puts forward a“Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”talent training model for information technology majors in higher vocational colleges,providing certain ideas for the reformof“Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”talent training mode for information technology majors in higher vocational colleges.
