摘　　要：文章基于职业岗位能力需求,从杭州师范大学健康服务与管理专业本科人才培养的实践现状出发,提出设置准确的办学定位和科学合理的学科专业布局、提高教育教学质量、加大培养过程中的监管力度、强化学生职业指导与就业服务等建议,为国内开设健康服务与管理专业的本科院校培育人才岗位胜任力、改革人才培养方案提供有益参考。Based on professional requirements and the cultivation of undergraduates of Health Service and Management major in Hangzhou Normal University,this paper makes suggests that setting up accurate school orientation and scientific and rational layout of disciplines,improving the quality of education and teaching,increasing supervision during the training process,and strengthening vocational guidance and employment services for students,for the purpose of provide the beneficial reference for domestic universities to cultivate the core of post competency of undergraduates and reform the talent training program.
