摘　　要：通过问卷数据,分析了专业文化对符合“中国制造”要求的“高素质、复合型、工匠型”人才培养的重要性,探讨了职业技能的构成与职业精神的内涵。结合高职专业文化的特征与内涵,提出以专业文化为导向、核心和载体,构建职业技能与职业精神融合的理念范式、框架范式和实践范式。Based on the questionnaire data,this paper analyzes the importance of professional culture to the cultivation of“high quality,compound and craftsman-type”talents who meet the requirements of“Made in China”,and probes into the composition of professional skills and the connotation of professional spirit.Combining with the characteristics and connotation of professional culture in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the concept paradigm,framework paradigm and practice paradigm of the integration of vocational skills and professional spirit,which takes professional culture as the orientation,core and carrier.
