摘  要:基于在线固相萃取液质联用技术,将前期科研成果应用于研究生实验教学,建立了自动富集、清洗和准确定量分析水中9种双酚类化合物的方法。该方法需要极少的水体样品进行处理,低溶剂消耗、高样品通量、低分析成本,并提供准确和高选择性的结果。该实验教学充分发挥了在线固相萃取系统的功能,丰富了传统液质联用仪的实验内容,展现了定量分析痕量物质的科学研究流程,实现了实验教学与科研工作的全过程匹配,有助于激发学生学习兴趣,增强学生应用所学知识发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的实践能力,从而有利于创新型人才培养。Based on an online solid phase extraction(SPE)-HPLC-MS/MS method,this study reports a fast and automated analytical procedure used in postgraduate experimental teaching for the automatic pre-concentration. The procedure can clean up and sensitively determinenine bisphenols in water. The developed method features minimal sample handling,low solvent consumption,high sample throughput,low analysis cost,and provides an accurate and highly selective result. The experimental teaching fully utilizes the functions of the online SPE system,enriches the content of the experiment based on traditional LC/MS instrument,displays the scientific research process of quantitative analysis for trace substances,and realizes the whole process matching of experimental teaching and scientific research work. The experiment can not only stimulate students’ interest in learning,but also enhance students’ practical ability of analyzing and resolvingthe questions,which contributes to the cultivation of innovative talents.
