摘　　要：完善的教学质量保障体系,是地方应用型本科高校实现内涵式发展的前提。但目前我国地方应用型本科高校内部教学质量保障体系还存在一些问题,如缺乏科学的教学质量标准、质量监控督导不够有效、人才培养模式改革不够彻底、质量文化建设不够深入、奖惩制度不够完善。作为地方应用型本科高校,要立足办学定位,根据评估要求,实现教学质量监控的多维度开展,建立起以本科教学为中心的内部教学质量保障体系。A sound teaching quality guarantee system is the prerequisite and basis for local applica⁃tion-oriented universities to achieve connotative development.However,at present,there are still some problems in the internal teaching quality guarantee system of local applied undergraduate colleges and uni⁃versities in China,such as the lack of scientific teaching quality standards,insufficient quality monitoring and supervision,inadequate reform of talent training model,inadequate quality culture construction,and in⁃sufficient reward and punishment system.As a local application-oriented undergraduate university,it is necessary to establish an internal teaching quality guarantee system centered on undergraduate teaching base on the orientation of running a school,and implement multi-dimensional teaching quality monitoring according to the evaluation requirements.
