摘 要:通过教师协同学习共同体能有效解决教学过程中的难题,是现代教师提升专业技能的重要途径,也是以协同为原则建设的现代教师范式。通过这一研究理论能指导大学英语教学的专业化发展。以某省属高等师范学院为样本展开对大学英语教学的研究,并且分析教学协同学习共同体的建设案例,通过问卷调查等方式完成定量和定性数据分析,促进教师教学能力提升,为大学英语教学的继续发展寻找合适的道路。Currently,collaborative learning community is an important way of improving college teachers’professional skills,as well as a teaching paradigm built on the principle of collaboration,because it can effectively solve the problems in the teaching process.Collaborative learning community,therefore,can be used to guide college English teachers’professional development.This paper makes a case study on college English teaching in a province-level higher normal college,analyzes some cases of constructing collaborative learning community in the teaching practice,makes the quantitative and qualitative data analysis by virtue of questionnaires survey,etc.It is hopeful that the study can improve college teachers’teaching ability and find the right path for the continued development of college English teaching.
