双元战略与国际化绩效:企业能力的中介效应

摘　　要：国际化程度与国际化绩效的关系是国际企业管理的经典研究和重要议题,但对二者关系的现有研究呈现“混杂”状态。为突破这一现状,本文引入双元理论视角,进一步拓展和细化渐进国际化与激进国际化平衡的双元思想,在此基础上,考察双元战略与国际化绩效的关系,并引入企业能力这一重要变量进行深入研究。通过整合中国海关数据库和中国工业企业数据库的数据进行实证研究发现,企业在进行国际化扩张的过程中,相比较于开发战略和探索战略,实施双元战略更有利于企业的国际化绩效提升,而且双元战略对国际化绩效的提升需要经由企业能力提升这一路径实现。The relationship between international strategy and international performance is a classic and important topic in international business management.But the results of this relationship are mixed and contradictory.As a result,the theory of ambidexterity is introduced to this study,which provides a new perspective for the study of the relationship between international strategy and international performance.Then the relationship between ambidextrous strategy and international performance is studied.This paper introduce the important variable of fi rm capabilities to carry on the thorough research.This paper use China Customs database and the database of Chinese industrial enterprises to conduct empirical research.The fi ndings have shown that there is a positive relationship between ambidextrous strategy and international performance.Furthermore,fi rm capabilities mediate the relationship ambidextrous strategy and international performance.
