摘 要:混合式教学是现代教育的"新常态",其内涵和应用范围不断拓展。西安交通大学军事教研室将"对话"引入"军事理论"在线教学,解决了当前混合式教学互动性差的问题。教研室通过师生与文本对话(师本对话)、师生对话、生生对话,从课前、课中、课后三个阶段优化高校军事理论教学流程、教学设计,最终创造一个平等、真诚、和谐、具有互动性的、全身心投入的在线课堂对话情景,调动教师与学生的积极性,保证了在线学习与线下课堂教学质量实质等效。Mixed teaching is the"new normal"of modern education,and its connotation and application range are constantly expanding. The military teaching and research office of Xi’an Jiaotong University introduced"dialogue"into the online teaching of"Military Theory,"which solved the problem of poor interactivity in the current mixed teaching. Practice has proved that the teaching and research office optimizes the teaching process and teaching design of military theory in colleges and universities in the three stages of pre-class,in-class and after-class,through the dialogues between teachers,students and texts(teacher-text dialogue),teachers and students,and students.The teaching practice is conducive to create an equal,sincere,harmonious,interactive,wholehearted online classroom dialogue. It mobilizes the enthusiasm of teachers and students,and ensures the substantial equivalence of the quality of online learning and offline classroom teaching.
