摘　　要：普通高校继续教育在新的形势下呈现出新的发展态势,传统的"管办合一"的集中统一管理模式已经不能适应发展需要,阻碍了高等继续教育的改革和发展。普通高校必须创新管理模式,建立"管办分离"的体制,使继续教育学院真正成为一个从事非学历教育的教学实体,并在招生管理制度和教学管理制度等方面进行改革,对非学历高等继续教育实行企业化管理。In the new situation, the continuing education in colleges and universities presents a new trend of development. The traditional centralized and unified management mode of "integration of management and operation" cannot meet the needs of development, which hinders the reform and development of higher continuing education. Colleges and universities must innovate the management mode, establish the system of "separation of management and operation", make the colleges of continuing education become a real teaching entity engaged in non academic education, carry out reform in enrollment management system, teaching management system and other aspects, and implement enterprise management in non academic higher continuing education.
