摘　　要：本文从浓缩苹果汁常见质量问题出发,以HS公司浓缩苹果汁生产过程中HACCP体系的建立、运行为研究对象,通过对实际运行和实施HACCP体系的过程中遇到的问题进行举例、分析,提出切实可行的解决对策。This paper starts from the common quality problems of concentrated apple juice,and takes the establishment and operation of HACCP system in the production process of HS Company as the research object,lists and analyzes the problems encountered in the actual operation and implementation of HACCP system,and puts forward practical countermeasures.
