摘 要:目的:了解网络环境的"三自一体"护理技能教学模式的应用效果方法:选取起点相同的2017年级护理专科班整群抽样,按自然班分为实验组和对照组,对《基础护理学》中相同的内容分别采用不同的教学模式进行技能教学。实验组采用"三自一体"教学模式教学法,对照组则采用传统教学模式。在对两组以相同的理论知识测验、操作技能考核后将学生测验成绩及课堂评价结果进行统计学分析。结果:实验组的理论知识测验、操作技能考核成绩均明显优于对照组(P <0.01),课堂评价各项结果显示"三自一体"教学模式优于传统教学模式(P <0.01)。结论:应用"三自一体"护理技能教学模式更能激发学生的学习动机,更有利于培养学生自学能力和岗位胜任力。Objective:to understand the application effect of"three–in-one"nursing skill teaching mode in network environment.Methods:cluster sampling was conducted in 2017 grade nursing specialty class with the same starting point,and divided into experimental group and control group according to natural class.Different teaching modes were adopted for the same content in basic nursing.The experimental group adopted the"three-in-one"teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.After the same theoretical knowledge test and operation skill test,the students'test results and classroom evaluation results were statistically analyzed.Results:the scores of theoretical knowledge test and operation skill examination in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The results of classroom evaluation showed that the"three-in-one"teaching mode was better than the traditional teaching mode(P<0.01).Conclusion:the application of"three-in-one"nursing skills teaching mode can stimulate students'learning motivation and cultivate students'self-learning ability and post competency.
