摘　　要：目的:探讨经直肠超声引导下前列腺组织穿刺活检安全性及应用价值。方法:选择医院泌尿外科住院治疗的166例疑似诊断前列腺癌患者的临床资料,均采用经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检术,并分析不同检测指标对于前列腺癌筛查早期诊断中的临床意义及应用价值。结果:病理确诊前列腺癌86例,非前列腺癌80例。前列腺癌组患者的血清PSA、PSA密度、直肠指诊和超声检查、核磁共振(MRI)异常率均明显高于非前列腺癌组,而前列腺体积低于非前列腺癌组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经直肠超声引导下前列腺组织穿刺活检是患者前列腺癌早期诊断的金标准。血清PSA的数值可以作为是否进行前列腺组织穿刺活检的最有价值的判断标准。Objective:To explore the safety and application value of prostate biopsy guided by transrectal ultrasound.Methods:The clinical data of 166 patients with suspected diagnosis of prostate cancer who were hospitalized in the urology department of Huoshan County Hospital were selected.All patients received prostate biopsy guided by transrectal ultrasound,and analyzed the clinical significance and clinical significance of different detection indicators in the early diagnosis of prostate cancer screening.Value.Results:Pathologically confirmed 86 cases of prostate cancer and 80 cases of non-prostate cancer.The prostate cancer group's serum PSA,PSA density,digital rectal examination and ultrasonography,and MRI abnormalities were significantly higher than those of the non-prostate cancer group,while the prostate volume was lower than that of the non-prostate cancer group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transrectal ultrasound guided biopsy of prostate tissue is the gold standard for early diagnosis of prostate cancer in patients.The value of serum PSA can be used as the most valuable criterion for whether to perform prostate biopsy.
