摘 要:目的:对某省三甲综合医院全科住院医师规范化培养行多层面、多维度干预的效果评价,以进一步提高全科医生岗位胜任力,为基层输送合格的全科医师。方法:将2018年1月-12月在某三甲医院全科住培基地的学员纳入考核对象,以加拿大医学会CANMEDS为基础进行评价考核,将考核结果录入Epidata数据库,进行统计分析。结果:此次评估方法具有灵活、可行性高的优点,相比较传统的教学方法,更注重在考核结束时的及时评价和反馈,使被考核者在操作结束后及时得到带教老师的评价和反馈。结论:通过教学方法的干预,明显提高规范化培训全科医生的临床技能及岗位胜任力,新型教学评估方法更有助于针对教学不足及时提出改进的意见和建议,在全科医生规范化培养教学中值得推荐。Objective:To improve the competency of general practitioners and provide qualified general practitioners for the grassroots level,a multi-level and multi-dimensional evaluation of intervention was carried out in a standardized training base for general residents of a grade three class-A comprehensive hospital in our province.Methods:Trainees from the training base during 2018 were included in this study.The assessment was conducted on the basis of Canada Medical Education Direction System(CANMEDS).All statistical analyses were performed using Epidata software.Results:The evaluation system of this study has higher flexibility and feasibility compared with traditional teaching methods.The present system pays more attention to the timely evaluation and feedback of teachers at the end of the assessment,which can be delivered to the trainee after the operation in a timely manner.Conclusion:The results of this study indicate that the clinical skills and post competence of general practitioners in standardized training can be significantly improved through the intervention of teaching methods.The new teaching evaluation method is more conducive to timely put forward comments and suggestions for improvement in view of its shortcomings,which is worth recommending in the standardized training of general practitioners.
