摘  要:专业学位研究生教育是研究生教育体系的重要组成部分,对于高层次应用型专门人才培养以及创新型国家建设具有重要促进作用。该文结合浙江大学电气工程方向专业学位研究生教育的探索与实践,提出了家国情怀与工匠精神相融、科学研究与工程实践同行、专业能力与综合素质并重的专业学位研究生教育体系,从工程导向鲜明的课程体系设计、专业学位特色的培养模块设置以及校企联合共建的实践平台设立等方面介绍了有别于学术学位研究生的培养模式,为工科类专业学位研究生的培养提供一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。Professional degree postgraduate education is an important part of the postgraduate education system, which plays a dominant role in promoting the cultivation of high-level application-oriented talents and the construction of an innovative country. Based on the exploration and practice of professional degree postgraduate education in electrical engineering at Zhejiang University, this paper put forward a professional degree postgraduate education system, which deepened homeland enthusiasm and craftsmanship spirit, integrated scientific research and engineering practice, and payed equal attention to professional ability and comprehensive quality. It systematically introduced the related cultivation mode differing from that for the science degree postgraduate education, in particular aspects of the engineering oriented curriculum system, the training modules with professional degree characteristics, and the training platform jointly built by colleges and enterprises. This paper provided certain reference value and significance for the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates in disciplines of engineering.
