摘　　要：高质量发展是新时代中国特色的社会主义经济发展的行动指南,推动高质量职业教育培训体系发展是促进社会经济发展的强劲支撑。从高质量职业培训体系发展的认知出发,以高素质技术技能的卓越人才培养为主线,探讨了高质量职业教育培训体系发展的意义。明析了高质量职业培训体系发展中的关键节点,提出了以立足国内为出发点、立足国际为增长点、开展人才考核评价为动力点、建设内部治理体系现代化为保障点的"四点一线"合理化建议,以此推动职业教育培训体系高质量发展。High-quality development is the action guide of social economic development with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and promoting the development of high-quality vocational education and training system is a strong support for promoting social and economic development.Starting from the cognition of the development of high-quality vocational training system,this paper explores the significance of the development of high-quality vocational education and training system,taking the training of excellent talent with high-quality technical skills as the main line.This paper defines the key points in the development of high-quality vocational training system,and puts forward rational suggestions of"four points and one line"to promote the high-quality development of vocational education and training system,which are based on the domestic starting point and the international growth point,and regard the talent assessment as the driving point,and the internal governance system modernization as the guarantee point.
