摘　　要：师范文化是地方师范院校的灵魂,是确保地方师范院校核心竞争力及可持续发展的重要支撑。基于社会学的视角,阐释了师范文化的内涵与价值,探究了影响我国地方师范院校师范文化价值缺失的诸多因素,这些因素在一定程度上制约了我国师范院校师范文化价值的发挥。Teacher's Culture is the soul of higher normal colleges,and the Teacher’s cultural value of local normal colleges lies in maintaining the core competitiveness and sustainable development of local normal colleges.From the perspective of sociology,the author explores many factors that affect the cultural value of local normal colleges and believes that it restricts the play of the cultural value of col⁃leges to some extent.
