发酵罐在线灭菌模拟教学仪器在高职课程的应用

摘　　要：通过分析耗氧发酵罐在线灭菌系统的过程,利用相应的数据参数开发半虚拟的仿真教学仪器,将在线灭菌全过程的温度变化、pH标定、溶氧值标定等,通过模拟显示在一个教学仪器上。通过在生物制药设备课程中的应用,提升了教学质量,使学生技能得到有效提高,弥补了因设备不足而造成的缺陷。By analyzing the process of the online sterilization system of the oxygen-consuming fermentation tank,using the corresponding data parameters to develop a semi-virtual simulation teaching instrument,the temperature change,pH calibration,dissolved oxygen value calibration,etc.of the entire online sterilization process are displayed through simulation On a teaching instrument.And through the application in the course of biopharmaceutical equipment,the quality of teaching is improved,the skills of students are effectively improved,and the defects caused by insufficient equipment are made up.
