摘　　要：目的探讨不同年龄段抑郁症患者血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平的差异。方法收集不同年龄段抑郁症患者90例作为病例组,以及与其年龄、性别相匹配的健康对照组90名,采用17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评定患者抑郁严重程度,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定两组血清BDNF的浓度。结果病例组各年龄组身高、HAMD-17、HAMA-17总分及血清BDNF水平比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步两两比较结果显示,15~30岁的身高高于31~45岁和46~60岁(P<0.05),15~30岁和31~45岁的HAMD-17、HAMA-17总分均高于46~60岁(P<0.05),31~45岁的血清BDNF水平低于46~60岁(P<0.05)。病例组3个年龄组血清BDNF水平均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论不同年龄段的抑郁症患者血清BDNF浓度之间存在差异,并且各个年龄段的抑郁症患者血清BDNF水平均低于健康对照者。Objective To explore the serum levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in depressive patients at different ages.Methods A total of 90 patients with depression at different ages in case group and 90 healthy controls matched with case group in ages and genders in control group were selected and assessed with Hamilton Depression Scale-17 items(HAMD-17),and serum levels of BDNF by ELISA.Results There were significant differences in heights,total scores of HAMD-17 and HAMA-17 and BDNF levels among different age groups of case group(P<0.05).The height in 15~30 years old group was significantly higher than those in 31~45 years old group and 46~60 years old group(P<0.05).The total scores of HAMD-17 and HAMA-17 in 15~30 years old group and 31~45 years old group were significantly higher than those in 46~60 years old group(P<0.05).The serum level of BDNF in 31~45 years old group was significantly lower than that in 46~60 years old group(P<0.05).Serum levels of BDNF in all the three age groups of case group were all significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion There is a difference in serum levels of BDNF among patients with depression at different ages,and their serum levels of BDNF are lower than those of the healthy controls.
