摘　　要：高职院校党委政治核心作用的发挥,必须树立问题导向意识,立足新时代、谋定新站位、适应新期待,在守正固本的基础上开拓创新。同时,要把准高职教育的办学育人方向,发挥党建领航的把关定向作用,担负起“为党育人、为国育才”的神圣使命,加强党的思想领导和组织领导,促进党团、学工、社团合力育人,充分调动党员干部的工作积极性,坚持从严教育管理和热情关心爱护相统一,强基固本建队伍,凝神聚力育人才。To play the political core role of the party committee of higher vocational colleges,it should establish a problem-oriented awareness to make innovation,based on the new era and adapt to the new expectations.At the same time,the educating direction of high vocational education should be well positioned,and it is necessary to give full play to the role of party building and piloting,and shoulder the sacred mission of“cultivating talents for the party and country”,strengthen the party's ideological and organizational leadership,and promote political parties and organizations work together to educate people,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of party members and cadres,so as to strengthen the foundation and build the team,and concentrate on cultivating talents.
