摘  要:我国专业学位教育在其"专业性"的实践和保障方面仍存在不足,表现为体系结构、人才培养模式和保障机制等方面存在的问题。以现实问题为抓手,从理论视角探究了专业学位教育"专业性"的本质内涵和属性,追溯了问题产生的理论根源;从实践视角剖析了美国专业学位教育"专业性"的实践和保障机制,并以法律博士专业学位为例进行了深入分析,提供了问题解决的可借鉴经验;基于美国的经验与启示,提出了我国专业学位教育发展的相关对策建议。There still exist some serious problems in the practice and assurance mechanism of professionalism in professional degree education in our country,which may result from the inadequate comprehension of the nature and attributes of professionalism in professional degree education.Based on the problem-oriented research way,the professionalism of professional degree education is theoretically explored to accurately comprehend the fundamental nature of professional degree education,and then the practice and assurance mechanism of professionalism in American professional degree education are practically analyzed by taking its Juris Doctor as an example,and the suggestions for the development of professional degree education in China are proposed finally.
