摘 要:从知识整体理论视角看,知识建构的整体性和动态关联性为构建新时代高校劳动教育体系提供了理论支撑。大学生接受劳动教育可看成是一个获取有关劳动的所有知识的过程。构建新时代高校劳动教育体系,就是通过劳动思想教育、劳动知识与技能培育和劳动实践锻炼的"三位一体",实现"活性劳动知识""感性劳动知识""理性劳动知识"的融会贯通;通过思政劳育、专业劳育、实践劳育、课程劳育、学术劳育推进大学生改变劳动精神面貌、端正劳动价值取向、提升劳动技能水平。From the perspective of Holistic Theory of Knowledge, the character of systematic and dynamic relevance in knowledge construction provide theoretical support for system construction of labor education in colleges and universities. Labor education in colleges and universities could be seen a process of acceptance of all kinds of labor-knowledge. College Students’ labor ideological education, labor knowledge learning and skill training, labor practice is a trinity frame in constructing the system of labor education, in order to achieve knowledge fusion among perceptual labor-knowledge, conceptual labor-knowledge and affectual labor-knowledge by a holistic way. Through the integration of ideology and political labor education, professional labor education, practice labor education, course labor education and academic labor education achieves the goal of improving college students’ mental outlook, value orientation and skill level.
