从祝味菊治疗肠伤寒探讨里之表学术思想

摘　　要：作者以里、表相关概述为切入点,从肠伤寒病机、治法方药等对民国名医祝味菊"里之表"的学术思想进行阐述,认为表证不仅包括皮毛、肌肉、筋膜等外表,脏腑、骨髓等也有表证,因其位置较深,故可称之为"里之表",并指出了以麻桂为主要的"辛解之法"可用于具有"里之表"病机特点的消化系疾病及泌尿系疾病的治疗。Based on the related overview of exterior syndrome and interior syndrome,the authors elaborated the academic thoughts of"exterior syndrome in the interior"proposed by ZHU Weiju,a famous doctor during the period of the Republic of China,from the pathogenesis,treatment and prescription of typhoid fever of intestine.It is believed that exterior syndrome exists not only in the fur,muscle and fascia appearance,but also in zang-fu organs,bone marrow,etc.,but because of its location is deeper thus"exterior syndrome in the interior".It is pointed out that method of using acridity to release including Guima Yin,can treat digestive diseases and urinary diseases whose pathogenesis conforms with"exterior syndrome in the interior".
