摘 要:目的对病例教学法(CBL)在周围血管科临床见习教学中的应用体会进行研究分析。方法该次2017年10月—2019年11月,对象为该院周围血管科的见习学生,共80名,将其按照入科见习时间的先后进行分组,其中,前40名设为对比组,后40名设为研究组,对比组使用传统教学模式,研究组使用以临床案例为基础的教学法(CBL),比较两组学生授课后的考核成绩评分以及两组学生考核总成绩合格情况。结果①传统教学模式、以临床案例为基础的教学法(CBL)干预后,对比组、研究组周围血管科见习学生的专业基础理论得分分别为(15.55±1.27)分、(18.02±0.13)分,基本操作得分为(17.41±0.52)分、(19.56±0.71)分,病历书写得分为(24.63±1.16)分、(27.85±1.76)分,临床分析能力得分为(24.92±1.37)分、(28.06±0.26)分,两者相比较,研究组明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②学生考核总成绩合格率相比较,研究组(95.00%)显著高于对比组(75.00%)(P<0.05)。结论对周围血管科见习学生使用以临床案例为基础的教学法(CBL),能够将学生的专业基础理论、基本操作、病历书写、临床分析能力等进行锻炼,以此提高在该院见习的学生的考核总成绩,具有较高的使用价值,值得推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the application of the case teaching method(CBL)in clinical probation teaching in peripheral vascular department.Methods The starting and ending times selected in this study were from October 2017 to November 2019.The subjects were 80 students in the perivascular department of the hospital,and they were grouped according to the time of the internship time.40 cases were set as the comparison group,the last 40 cases were set as the research group,the comparison group used the traditional teaching model,and the research group used the case teaching method(CBL)to compare the performance scores of the two groups of students after the lecture and the two groups of students of the assessment of the total score of being qualified.Results 1.After the traditional teaching model and case teaching method(CBL)intervention,the professional basic theoretical scores of the students in the vascular department of the comparison group and the research group were(15.55±1.27)points and(18.02±0.13)points,basic operation scores are(17.41±0.52)points,(19.56±0.71)points,medical record writing scores are(24.63±1.16)points,(27.85±1.76)points,clinical analysis ability scores are(24.92±1.37)points,(28.06±0.26)points,compared with the study group,the research group was significantly higher,and the data had a comparative significance(P<0.05);2.Comparing the pass rate of the total score of students’assessment,the study group(95.00%)was significantly higher than the comparison group(75.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of clinical case-based teaching method(CBL)for peripheral vascular students can exercise students'professional basic theory,basic operation,medical record writing,clinical analysis ability,etc.,so as to improve the overall assessment scores of the students in our hospital,which has higher application value and is worthy of promotion and application.
