摘　　要：抹茶的品质与其前道产品碾茶的品质有着密切的关系,碾茶适制品种的选择对碾茶的品质提升尤为关键。针对目前碾茶专用品种较少的问题,本研究从现有栽培品种中,开展高品质特点的碾茶专用品种筛选,筛选出4种碾茶生产茶园适用品种。With the booming development of matcha,more and more attention has been paid to the research on the quality of matcha's predecessor(Tencha).Selection of suitable cultivars is very important of the quality improvement for Tencha.Aiming at the problem that there were few special tea cultivars for Tencha at present,indentification of special cultivars with high quality from the existing cultivars were carried out,and 4 suitable cultivars were selected for the production of Tencha.
