摘　　要：该文针对职业院校培养工艺创新能力现状及背景,分析了存在的不足,并从制造类工艺人才能力结构、高职制造类专业创新能力培养的途径、创新能力培养评价体系3个层面分析了提高大学生工艺创新能力培养的方法,提出由政府主导,利用企业资源优势,与职业院校共建工艺创新能力培养体系,尝试为高职院校学生,特别是制造类专业学生的工艺创新能力培养拓宽思路。In view of the current situation and background of the cultivation of technological innovation ability in vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the existing shortcomings,and analyzes the methods to improve the cultivation of technological innovation ability of college students from three aspects,namely,the ability structure of manufacturing technological talents,the way of cultivation of manufacturing professional innovation ability in higher vocational colleges,and the evaluation system of innovation ability cultivation.It puts forward that the government should take the lead,make use of the advantages of enterprise resources,and Vocational colleges build a process innovation ability training system,trying to broaden ideas for the process innovation ability training of vocational college students,especially manufacturing students.
