摘　　要：澳大利亚的土著高等教育参与水平与非土著高等教育参与水平存在着较大的差距。从族群冲突的视角来看,处于弱势的澳大利亚土著人需要提高族群的受教育水平来为自己谋求更多的话语权;从教育公平的视角看,实现教育公平是土著人摆脱窘困的生活现状、改善土著社会问题的关键所在;从人力资本理论的视角来看,提高土著高等教育参与水平可以提高土著的人力资本存量;而多元文化政策虽然帮助保存了土著的传统文化,但文化的传播依然需要教育为其提供支撑。因此,要实现澳大利亚土著民族的发展,提高土著的高等教育参与水平是必然选择。The engagement level of Aboriginal higher education in Australia lags far behind that of non-Aboriginal higher education.From the perspective of ethnic conflict,the Aborigines need to improve their education level to seek more rights for themselves.From the standpoint of educational equity,the realization of educational equity is the key for the Aborigines to get rid of their predicament and improve their society.Seen from human capital theory,increasing the engagement level of Aboriginal higher education could improve the stock of indigenous human capital.While multiculturalism policies have helped to preserve Aboriginal culture,the spread of culture still needs to be supported by education.Therefore,in order to achieve the development of Aboriginal peoples,it is necessary to raise the engagement level of Aboriginal higher education.
