摘 要:随着创新战略在我国企业发展中的深入实施,推动了企业创新人才培养问题的解决。由于企业创新人才培养协同联动不足,协同培养机制的缺失,导致企业创新人才无法满足社会发展的需求。将企业作为创新人才培养的主体,然后采用新型的协同培养模式对企业内部人员加强创新人才培养,为企业积攒具有战略性、稀缺性的创新人才。论文通过对宁夏企业发展的现状及阻碍其发展的因素进行了深入分析,并且制定了相关协同人才培养策略。With the further implementation of innovation strategy in the development of enterprises in China,the problem of cultivating innovative talents in enterprises has been solved.Due to the lack of collaborative linkage of enterprise innovative talents training and the lack of collaborative training mechanism,enterprise innovative talents can not meet the needs of social development.Taking the enterprise as the main body of innovative talent training,and then adopting the new cooperative training mode to strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents within the enterprise,so as to accumulate strategic and scarce innovative talents for the enterprise.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of Ningxia enterprise development and the factors hindering its development,and formulates relevant collaborative talent training strategies.
