摘 要:广东省特殊教育教师发展联盟为了解广东省特殊教育发展需求,组成研究团队,对当前特殊教育发展各工作项目的“重要性”“急迫性”和实施“满意度”,进行调查研究。以自编《广东省特殊教育发展需求问卷》为研究工具,从“行政规划”“实施方式”“残障(残疾)教育”“资优(超常)教育”及“支持系统”5大维度,设立18项核心工作,采取立意分层取样法,对来自广东省特殊教育学校与普通学校的从事特殊教育工作的928名教师进行问卷调查。研究结果发现:部分核心工作的重要性、急迫性和满意度之间差异显著,显示各级地方政府在推进特殊教育发展方面存在不均衡的现象,还有很大的改善空间。因此,提出促进广东省特殊教育发展的具体建议。In order to understand the needs of the development of special education in Guangdong Province,Guangdong special education teachers development alliance formed a research team to investigate the“importance”,“urgency”and“satisfaction”of the current work items of special education development.Based on the research tool of“Guangdong special education development needs questionnaire”,18 core tasks were set up from five dimensions of“administrative planning”,“implementation mode”,“disabled(disabled)education”,“gifted(extraordinary)education”and“support system”,and the idea stratified sampling method was adopted to analyze the special education teachers from special education schools and general schools in Guangdong Province A questionnaire survey was conducted among 928 teachers.The results show that there are significant differences between the importance,urgency and satisfaction of some core work,which shows that there is imbalance in promoting the development of special education at all levels of local governments,and there are still a lot of efforts and improvement space.According to the results of the survey,specific suggestions are put forward to promote the development of special education in Guangdong Province.
