摘 要:为了进一步提升人才培养质量,针对中医院校医学生技能培训现状与存在问题,分析影响医学技能培训教学的因素。结合工作实际,积极开展教学研究与改革,根据学生所处阶段,探索制定符合学生特点的技能培训教学大纲,采取分层次教学,激发学生自主学习、互助学习的兴趣,强化师资培训,通过考核检验培训结果,进行教学反馈,最终提升医学人才培养质量。In order to further improve the quality of talent training,aiming at the current status and existing problems of medical students skills training in Chinese medicine hospitals,this paper analyzes the factors that affect medical skills training and teaching.Combining the actual work,the authors actively carry out teaching research and reform,and skills training syllabus that meets the characteristics of the students according to the stage of the students was explored to evaluate and inspect the training results,teaching feedback for ultimately improving the quality of medical talents training.
