摘  要:以糖厂甘蔗滤泥为原料,采用亚临界丁烷提取技术提取甘蔗蜡,研究提取时间、提取温度、提取次数和料液比对滤泥中蔗蜡提取率的影响,在单因素试验的基础上,优化糖厂甘蔗滤泥中蔗蜡的提取工艺。结果表明:甘蔗滤泥为200g,提取时间为30min,料液比为1∶20(g/mL),提取温度为70℃,提取次数为3次,在此工艺条件下得到甘蔗蜡的提取率为9.835%,此时提取得率为98.5%。Take sugarcane filter mud as the raw material,the subcritical butane extraction technology is used to extract sugarcane wax from sugarcane filter mud.The effects of extraction time,extraction temperature,extraction times and ratio of solid to liquid on the extraction rate of sugarcane wax from sugarcane filter mud are studied.On the basis of single factor experiment,the extraction process of sugarcane wax from sugarcane filter mud is optimized.The results show that when sugarcane filter mud is 200 g,extraction time is 30 min,ratio of solid to liquid is 1∶20(g/mL),extraction temperature is 70℃,extraction times is 3 times,the extraction rate of sugarcane wax is 9.835%,and the extraction yield is 98.5%.
