摘 要:通过11组土培试验,探讨了腐殖土配施醋酸杆菌菌液(HA)、常规磷肥及三者混合施用对吕梁山地区弱碱性土壤中有效磷(AP)含量的影响。结果表明,HA对AP的改善优于常规磷肥,且在磷素匮乏土壤中,HA与常规磷肥混合施用更有利于促进AP含量的提高。在此基础上分析了HA对碱性土壤AP的影响机理。In this paper,the effects of combined application of humus soil and acetobacter solution(HA)and conventional phosphate fertilizer as well as their mixture on the content of available phosphorus(AP)in weak alkaline soil in Lyuliang mountain area,were studied through eleven groups of soil culture experiments.The results show that HA is more beneficial to improving AP content than conventional phosphate fertilizer.In addition,HA mixed with conventional phosphate fertilizer is more conducive to promoting the AP content in phosphate-deficient soil.On this basis,the influence mechanism of HA on AP in alkaline soil was analyzed.
