摘　　要：技术技能的积累及复杂技能的形成是当前企业开展技能教育的时代内涵。基于组织经济学视角剖析企业开展技能教育的深层逻辑:外部环境是企业开展技能教育的现实背景,交易成本制约着企业开展技能教育的形式,雇佣制度是企业开展技能教育的微观基础。基于此,我国企业开展技能教育的实现路径是:高度重视复杂技能在企业经营活动中的作用,引导构建企业与技能教育组织一体化模式,探索建立配套的高技能人才雇佣制度。The accumulation of technical skills and the formation of complex skills are the connotations of the times for current enterprises to carry out skills education.The paper analyzes the deep logic of enterprise to carry out skills education based on the perspective of organizational economics.It found that the external environment is the realistic background for enterprises skills education,the transaction costs restrict the form of enterprises skills education,and the employment system is the micro-foundation of enterprises skills education.Based on this,the implementation paths are put forward from attaching great importance to the role of complex skills in enterprise management,guiding the construction of the integrated model of enterprises and skills education organizations,and exploring the establishment of supporting employment system for highly skilled personnel,etc.
