摘　　要：本文利用Hankel矩阵生成元得到了Hankel矩阵非奇异的充要条件,并给出了Hankel矩阵首一既约生成元的具体形式。在此基础上,给出了一类矩问题可解的充要条件。In this paper,the necessary and sufficient conditions for nonsingularity of Hankel matrix are obtained by using the generator of Hankel matrix.And the concrete form of the monic irreducible generator of Hankel matrix is also given.On this basis,the necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of a class of moment problems are given.
